ECD plays a critical role as it adds value to Bain's case teams globally by supporting them with analytics and research solutioning across all industries, specific domains for corporate cases, client development, private equity diligence or Bain intellectual property. The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: 

  1. Act as Key member of the BCN finance team and will assist the India finance team in process automation, assist in procedural aspects of the business including data analysis and reporting to multiple business stakeholders. 
  2. Assist with data support and quantitative analysis by extracting relevant financial reports and preparing data summaries.
  3. Assist in timely preparation of the financial dashboard 
  4. Assist in keeping track of business expenses and analyzing the trend 
  5. Assist in summarize various financial information using MS excel/Automated tools for the team. 
  6. Day-to-day activities include analysis, invoicing and review of cross border transactions. 

 

About you
 

  1. Duration of the internship is 12 months. 
  2. Graduate/MBA degree with high academic achievement or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. 
  3. Good MS Excel Skill with ability to handle complex data problems; 
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral; 
  5. Good organizational and quantitative skills with an aptitude for problem solving; 
  6. Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx; 
  7. Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with the highest levels of professionalism; 
  8. Superior judgment when dealing with highly confidential information
